Can I Get My Money Back If I Do Not Like It?

What Areas Do You Service?

Are There Data Caps Or Do You Limit The Speed?

At this time, we are focusing on certain areas in Marion and Levy County. Go to the Check Availability page to find our current coverage area!

Are There Any Contracts?

Unlike satellite and cable companies, we do not have a data limit. You are free to use as much data as you want. We will never slow you down!

How Is Your Fiber Optic Internet Different?

We believe if for whatever reason we do not meet your expectation that you shouldn't be stuck. Although we don't want to lose your business, we won't force you to stay! However, we do not give partial month refunds.

We provide Fiber Optic Internet a little differently. We use airFiber technologies to provide you the internet from our central Fiber Optic connection. On the customer side the internet is given to you though a standard ethernet wire so no additional equipment is needed. This cuts out the high cost laying fiber lines and the savings is passed on to you!

Why is Fiber Optic Internet Better?

Fiber Optic Internet is data transmitted by light verses electrical impulses. This is better than cable and phone lines because it transfers data at the speed of light which is approximately 670,616,000 Mph!

Does Weather Affect The Connection?

Normal weather such as Rain, Fog,  Clouds, etc.. do not affect the normal frequencies that our radios operate on. The Platinum Plus plan however, may use higher frequencies which can be affected by extreme weather events.
